Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Creative Piano Time website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Creative Piano Time offers the following services:

• Piano Lessons: Private piano instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Event Services: Live piano performances for weddings, corporate events, and private parties
• Session Work: Studio recording, film scoring, and remote session services

Booking and Payment

Piano Lessons

• Trial lessons are available at $60 per session
• Regular weekly lessons are $85 per hour
• Lesson packages of 4 sessions are available at $320
• Payment is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of each month for recurring lessons

Events and Sessions

• Pricing varies based on event type, duration, and requirements
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due as agreed upon in your booking confirmation

Cancellation Policy

Piano Lessons

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be rescheduled at no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full
• No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee

Events

• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made 14-29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may forfeit the deposit

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your inquiries
• Arrive on time for lessons and scheduled events
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for in-home lessons
• Communicate any changes or concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure a tuned piano is available for in-home lessons (or discuss alternatives)

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Creative Piano Time and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Creative Piano Time provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Recording and Media

For events and performances, photography and video recording by guests is generally permitted unless otherwise specified. Professional recordings or broadcasts require prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
